Trina Solar, a South African PV panel producer, has launched the 195 MW Springbok solar project in collaboration with renewable energy solar company SOLA and construction group WBHO.
The Springbok project, located in South Africa’s Free State province, is the first and largest privately developed n-type utility-scale project in the country with a capacity of 195 MW. This project will use n-type technology, with Trina Solar supplying a total of 331,200 panels of Vertex N series modules.
