Marie Odile Sene Kantoussan

Marie Odile SENE is the Managing Director of CGF Bourse. She has more than 20 years of activity in the WAEMU financial market, first in the secondary market of the WAEMU Securities Exchange, then in the structuring of issues on the primary market. She has worked as a financial analyst, financial investment advisor for institutions, arranger of fundraising transactions for leading issuers.

She is active in financial engineering on behalf of various issuers (Companies, States and Local Authorities) who urge the market for financing and for investors who use the WAEMU financial market to benefit from better returns from their investments. She has to her credit the structuring and placement of flagship fundraising operations on the financial market with issuers from various sectors of activity as well as the execution of advisory mandates, company valuation and capital opening,

She actively contributes to developing the culture of savings with a proximity approach and the ambition to strengthen financial information and financial advice to investors.

She is the administrator of several companies including Ecobank Senegal, CGF Gestion, the asset management subsidiary of CGF Bourse, the Central Depositary Banque de Settlement (DCBR).

She holds a Specialized Higher Studies Diploma in Financial Engineering from the Higher School of Management of Tunis (ESG), a Masters in Financial Management and a Higher Technician Diploma in Financial Management from the University. of Economic Sciences and Management of Sfax (Tunisia).
