Italian engineering and construction services firm Rosetti Marino has secured the contract for an offshore infrastructure project in Libya from Mellitah Oil & Gas.
The €400-million contract involves engineering, material procurement, construction (EPC) and load-out activities for the delivery of the topside of a 6,000-ton gas production platform to be installed off the Mediterranean Coast. The project is expected to be completed by Q2 2027.
Last November, Rosetti Marino was awarded a $300-million EPC contract for another offshore project in Libya by oilfield services company Saipem.
