Canadian mining company Madison Metals has discovered high-grade uranium at its Khan Project in Namibia.
The discovery was made under the firm’s Anomaly 5 exploration campaign and contains high-grade uranium deposits similar to deposits made by the firm in Niger and Canada.
“The Khan discovery is surface sampled, within trucking distance to an existing processing facility, on a licensed mining site, and requires minimal capital to expedite production,” Duane Parnham, Executive Chairman & CEO, Madison Metals, said.
The milestone expands Madison Metals’ project portfolio in Namibia and footprint in the global uranium market, states a company release.
