Oil and gas company Egyptian Projects Operation & Maintenance (EPROM) has signed a cooperation agreement with Nigerian engineering company NETCO to strengthen ties between the two countries in the oil sector.
The agreement was signed in Alexandria, Egypt on October 27.
The contract launch included a tour of Egypt’s Middle East Oil Refinery by a delegation from NETCO and global energy company the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
The collaboration aligns with Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi’s directives to encourage local petroleum companies to expand internationally.
