In her role as programming director on numerous international programs, Fanus-St Hill has been responsible for all delivery aspects, from event design, commercial strategy and contract negotiations, to stakeholder engagement, project governance and risk management. She draws on global best practices and expertise gained from working on behalf of public sector agencies, contractors and consultants across research and events sectors.
