Manufacturing company Amarinth has received an order to supply pumps for the Agogo FPSO vessel – set to be located at the Agogo Integrated West Hub Development, offshore Angola. Under the terms of the order, Amarinth will provide low-lifecycle cost centrifugal pumps and associated equipment for the vessel.
According to Amarinth Managing Director Oliver Brigginshaw, the order “represents another significant milestone for Amarinth in our commitment to delivering high-performance solutions in the most demanding of environments, particularly within the burgeoning FPSO market.”
The Agogo FPSO vessel is currently under construction by FPSO manufacturer Yinson Production. Upon completion, the vessel will be operated by international energy company Azule Energy at a capacity of 120,000 barrels per day. Operations are on track to commence by 2025.
